Nestled in the small town of Toongabbie, Victoria are Thomas and Simone from T&S Honey operating a small scale beekeeping business with a number of beehives across Gippsland producing a range of high quality Gippsland based honey varieties.

After noticing a shortfall in Australia's labelling laws in regards to honey, we are aiming to provide honey "how it should be" back to the customer. Our honey is not imported or adulterated in any way and is 100% pure honey produced as naturally as possible. We will always declare where each blend of our honey is sourced from so you, the consumer knows exactly what you are getting and from where. We have no secrets and aim to provide transparency to the customer. 

With a passion for sustainability, we are aiming to not only produce a high quality honey but to use every part of the process to showcase how amazing bees, beeswax and honey is. From the honey extraction process, we then go on to purify the beeswax and use the excess wax in a variety of products:
